  Gina Coniglio- Owner & CEO Background: Gina is the primary Owner of OSEA, Inc. and has been an integral part of the team since the inception in 1991. Gina is fundamentally responsible for all training activities and Grants. Gina is the head of the financial and HR departments. Credentials: Gina has a Post Masters Certificate of Advanced Studies In Supervision and M.S. in Education.

  John Coniglio, PhD- Managing Director Background: John has more than 40 years of experience in the safety field, where he has become a nationally recognized speaker, trainer, author, and expert witness. • Perry Schultz

  Perry Schultz – Sr. Safety Manager Background: Perry has over 40 years of industrial and manufacturing experience in machine shop operations, the medical device industry, and higher education. He has extensive experience with asset management including, preventive / predictive maintenance, LOTO, TPM, CMMS, Lean Sigma, equipment moves, guarding, safety audits, and is a former Fire / Hazmat Response Team member. He is also well versed in the complexities of government regulations, budgeting, and resource management. Credentials:Perry is a Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE), has an AAS in Mechanical Technology, BPS in Industrial Technology and a MS in Industrial Technology. He is also a licensed private pilot and holds a commercial driver's license.

  DeAnna Carollo

  DeAnna Carollo – Safety Specialist Background: DeAnna has over eight years of experience with Safety and Health compliance in construction, including clean rooms, Nano Technology such as Intel / Micron and pharmaceutical projects ranging from large startup projects to accessing and consulting existing projects. She has spent a great deal of her time and experience on government projects throughout the United States which include N.I.S.T. (National Institute of Standards and Technology), Norfolk Naval Base, and Joint Base Henderson, Fort Myer and McNair, as an SSHO, or safety manager for general and subcontractors alike. Credentials: DeAnna holds certificates and is trained with an OSHA 30-Hr. Construction, USACE EM-385-1-1, and OSHA 510 and 500 Instructor certifications, NFPA 70E, CPR and AED First Aid Certification, and Fire Extinguisher Training.

• Kelly O'Brien

  Kelly O'Brien – Site Safety Manager We are greatly saddened by the loss of Kelly in 2019. Kelly was by far one of the best safety professionals. She was an amazing person with one of the biggest hearts in the world. We would like to share a tribute written by Gary Smith as it truly sums up who Kelly was. "Kelly was a big part of my start with OSEA. She was my first friend at OSEA. She showed me how to have fun, and be proud of what we do at OSEA. She showed me ice cream and beer really do go together. She helped me learn .... care for the men/women first, apply the rules second..... Her tenacity and strength were shown in her success as a women Safety Pro in a tough predominately male construction world. All who worked with her, respected her. Her strength and tenacity shown even more in her battle with cancer.
